Floors can be cleaned to remove any dust or dirt with a micro fibre cloth or soft broom. Stains can be cleaned with warm water and a gentle cleaning agent for day-to-day cleaning, however, no abrasive cleaning agents, or cleaning agents containing acids, alkalines or chemicals should be used for cleaning the floors. These products can affect the gloss of the flooring. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for effective cleaning of floors.

Where furniture is concerned, it is always important to make sure it is lifted carefully and placed on the floors to prevent possible marks from developing on the floors. In high moisture areas, such as the kitchen or bathroom, there must be a non-slip mat to collect excess water dripping on the floor. Most vinyl floors are resistant to water but can get damaged by excess water that can seep into the sub floors.
