All products carry warranties from our manufacturing suppliers. Detailed warranties by manufacturers are listed below. Most warranties are “carry in” warranties, implying that the customer has to bring in the product or be willing to pay a callout fee should we have to come and collect and/or re-fit it. As part of our commitment to you, however, Mathéo Blinds & Awnings warrants that should there be any problem with the products or installations within the first 12 months after installation/selling (whichever comes first) we will come out to inspect / repair/service the products free of charge in Gauteng.
