We view both brands as top quality and because of the volume of business we do, can afford to be loyal to both brands, as each has exceptional products. We are also Somfy Experts. Our main aim is to be able to offer our customers the widest range of blinds. Our first aim is always to educate our customers about the different brands and qualities of blinds but then to try and find the best solution for your unique requirements, whether it be quality, price, colour, exclusivity or a combination. We often need to combine options from various suppliers to give the customers exactly what they need, at a price that meets the budget.
Our sales teams and installation teams are focused on quality work, with integrity and after-sales service being one of our strongest attributes.
The unique customer-focused team at Mathéo Blinds and Awnings has been properly trained with detailed product knowledge from all our suppliers and we make use of specialist installers with the necessary experience in the blinds, shutters and awnings industries. We have also expanded our product offering to include curtains, wallpaper as well as flooring. A separate new company called Mathéo Shutters and Flooring has been established to manage our divisions better.
All products are mostly custom made to the client’s specific needs and sizes. Free quotes are normally given in the Gauteng area – but call-out tariffs may apply to certain areas (depending on the sizes and number of units).
We specialise in the residential market but have also done numerous very successful commercial installations of up to 1000 blinds on a contract.
