External Sliding Shutters

ShutterGuard® Shutters and AmbiSecure Max are both aluminum shutters with added security features. These superior quality shutters combine aesthetics, practicality and added security to effectively enhance the interior or exterior design of your home. Whether it is privacy, security or an uninterrupted view you’re after – there is no need to compromise on safety or style! These shutters are stylish, rustproof and perhaps more importantly, through innovative construction, they also provide high-end security when closed. So, you'll have complete peace of mind when away from home. Both these options will provide you with a 10-year limited warranty and as these shutters are manufactured locally, there will be a waiting period of 20 -23 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Max Panel Width:

920mm maximum per Panel. Subject to max span, wind load and height (drop)

Max Drop:

2600mm maximum per Panel. Depended on width of window / opening.

Available Colours:

White, Grey, Anthracite, Black, Bronze or Anodized are standard colours. Can be powder coated in additional colours at surcharge.

Privacy:

The louvres/fins are fixed and non-adjustable, therefore limited privacy will be provided. Subject to the module required, closer or further spaced louvres / fins will provide different amounts of privacy

Light Control:

Light control subject to module.

Module:

The spacing/gap between the louvres / fins, the standard module is 70mm. The only time when you move away from standard is when either the client requires more privacy or more “openness/view” for light to come through. Modules available: 60mm, 70mm & 84mm.

Operation:

Louvres are opened by tilting to your desired position using your hands.

Security Shutter:

The system on offer is not a security product and does not come with a locking mechanism.

Cleaning:

To clean, hose down and wipe with a mild solution of natural soap in lukewarm water.

Motorization:

When motorised the Sliding Shutters work with a reliable 24V belt drive system. Please take note that the motorization is fully imported.
